I connect to my Access Point (AP) but have no Internet connection.

Solution

Make sure the power to the external Wi-Fi antenna is connected. Normally there is a light on the antenna power supply known as the PoE (Power over Ethernet) that indicates that if there is power connected to the antenna. If the light on the PoE flicker on and off, it indicates that the power supply might be faulty or in protection mode. Unplug the power supply from the power for about 60 seconds and plug it back in. If the light still flickers, contact support for further investigation. If the light is stable on, your power issue might be resolved and the antenna will function again.
